You don't see these old buildings in this kind of shape very often. It was built in 1927 and is still inhabited by members of the same family. They have paid close attention to the historical detail both inside and out. You can see in the picture the Dentil Molding all the way around the house on both the upper and lower levels. Every single inch of every single block had to be attended to- cleaning, removing loose and/or chipping paint, priming and painting. It was a real treat to be able to bring this home back to its historical aesthetic and help revive a small piece of Lewiston history.
